You have “2 DAYS” from the date of delivery to claim for the Return or Exchange.
- The product must be unused, and must be in the original packaging.
- Return only valid in case if you received defected/faulty product, but “Change of Mind” is not acceptable. You can ask for return and claimed within2 days.
- No Return, No Exchange, and No “First Check Then Pay” on DISCOUNTED / SALE items.
- If the product is not defective and you received a fresh product, but you still want to return on the basis of taste then the delivery charges of Rs.200/- will be detected from the total amount.
- The procedure of return is very simple, send us back that product to our address through any courier logistics (Pakistan Post, M&P, Leopard, or TCS), after receiving the product our customer service department will contact you for your Bank Account details or Easypaisa details.

- Consider our all sizes in EURO, we attached the size chart and size guide with each product’s details with named “SIZE CHART”, first check your size before asking for size exchange or before placing an order.
- The exchange will be processed in 7 days.
- In size exchange delivery charges Rs.200/- will apply.
- The customer will bear the delivery charges as well while sending us back to us.
- If you received the product ,and product has defected, so NO CHARGES will apply, you can get a refund, or you can exchange with the other product as well without any cost.
- For size exchange, you just have to send us back to our address through any courier (Pakistan Post, M&P, Leopard, or TCS) delivery charges will be bear by the customer.
